盐城外国语学校教育集团是一所高起点、高标准、国际化、多元化、精英化的十五年一贯制的外语特色学校。由光华教育集团和苏州光华集团联合投资的江苏光华耀邦教育投资有限公司于二0一五年五月创办，是盐城市人民政府指定的唯一的外籍人士子女就读学校，是盐城市唯一全部采用剑桥大学英文原版教材的剑桥成员学校，也是英国教育部A-level课程盐城考点。
盐外校区位于国家级盐城经济技术开发区核心，占地面积133330平方米，建筑总面积73785平方米。东接开发区管委会，南隔新都路与盐城市委党校相望，西邻盐城市迎宾馆，北托盐城师范学院，是盐城大市区文脉传承的宝地。
现已开设从幼儿园到高三年级的国内教育班和国际高中A-level课程和韩国高中课程班。在校学生近4000人，其中来自韩国、美国、新加坡、中国香港和中国台湾等学生近百人，专任教师420人左右。

Yancheng International Education Group (YCIG) operates a high-standard, internationalized, diversified, and elite-oriented foreign language school implementing a 15-year consistent education system (from kindergarten to high school). Founded in May 2015 by Jiangsu Guanghua Yaobang Education Investment Co., Ltd.—a joint venture between Guanghua Education Group and Suzhou Guanghua Group—the school is officially designated by the Yancheng Municipal Government as the exclusive institution for expatriate children in the city. It is also Yancheng’s only Cambridge International School authorized to use Cambridge University’s original English teaching materials, and serves as an official A-level examination center accredited by the British Department for Education.
Campus Location & Scale
The Yancheng campus is situated in the core area of the National Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, spanning 133,330 square meters with a total built area of 73,785 square meters. It neighbors key civic landmarks: the Zone Administrative Committee to the east; the Municipal Party School across Xindu Road to the south; the Yancheng State Guest Hotel to the west; and Yancheng Teachers University to the north. This strategic location positions the campus as a cultural hub rich in heritage within the greater Yancheng metropolitan area.
Academic Structure & Demographics
YCIG offers:
- Domestic education programs from kindergarten through grade 12.
- International senior high tracks, including A-level courses and a Korean High School Program.
The group enrolls nearly 4,000 students across campuses, with approximately 100 international students from South Korea, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), and Taiwan (China). It employs around 420 full-time teachers.
